- What to do if your wall socket has been removed
- How to arrange an engineer visit if you can't self-install
- Where to find your QuickStart setup guide once your kit arrives

If your home has previously had Virgin Media services and the wall socket is still in place, you can usually set up your broadband yourself with a QuickStart kit.

If the wall socket has been removed, you'll need to book an engineer visit, even if your order originally recommended self-install.
