Is it common to foreigners to get scammed in Mexico? I've heard a lot of foreigners living in Mexico say they are getting scammed paying higher prices when they buy products or services when they're travelling in Mexico just because they're foreigners or they don't speak the language well. This phenomenon is called: Gringo tax or gringo price.
