ALVER AND OĞUZ TAKE TOP HONORS AT TRABZON OFFROAD
The opening round of the 2026 Turkish Offroad Championship was held in Akçaabat on April 11–12, organized by the Trabzon Offroad Club (TROFF), with 22 vehicles and 44 competitors taking part. Teams battled through the endurance stage in Akçaköy on day one, followed by the spectator stage at Yaylacık Çimeni on day two.
In the SSV category, Eren Alver and Onur Sırımoğlu claimed victory, while Şehmuz Oğuz and Harun Ulusoy took top honors in the car class. Class 4 was won by Ahmet Köse and Birol Çoruhlu, Class 3 by Sinan Çapraz and Berkay Çapraz, and Class 2 by Şehmuz Oğuz and Harun Ulusoy.
In the women’s drivers category, Gözde Dila Bayık secured first place, with Melisa Aksöz finishing second.
The 2026 Turkish Offroad Championship will continue with its second round in Kahramanmaraş on May 9–10, organized by KAROFF.
