This was the Mutant Racers soundtrack from Alton Towers Resort.
Mutant Racers was a pay per play attraction which was situated next to the Air/Galactica lift hill. The object of the game was to get your "Mutant" to win a race by rolling balls into designated targets. The more balls you successfully rolled into the holes, the further your mutant would travel. Prizes were given out to the winners and the size of the prize varied depending on the number of participants.
