Join us as we return to Alton Towers for Scarefest 2025! This time we’re exploring the park after dark to capture the incredible lighting, atmosphere, and Halloween vibes that make Scarefest one of the UK’s best theme park events!
In this video, we take you on a full walk around Alton Towers at night, visiting every area of the park — from the thrilling X-Sector with The Smiler and Oblivion all lit up in the darkness, to the eerie Dark Forest featuring Th13teen and Rita surrounded by spooky fog and lighting effects.
We’ll guide you through both of this year’s Scare Zones — the Wicker Man–themed Burial Grounds and the brand new for 2025 Dark Hollow, packed with live actors and creepy surprises! Plus, we brave two intense Scare Mazes: the returning Altonville Mine Tours and the brand-new Edge of The Forest!
Finally, we make our way to Forbidden Valley to soak up the chilling atmosphere of the park’s most immersive area, featuring the incredible Nemesis Reborn and the brand-new Toxicator attraction.
