For the first time this Summer Alton Towers have opened up some to some history, with the Summer Exhibition.
Reliving the past of the towers, head to the Chappel next to the Hex exit and take a look at some of the rare things on display.
They range from artwork, to posters, parts, plans and so much more covering so many of the parks old rides and attractions. This would be a welcome addition to the park all year round, with a bit more of a story and layout, Disney pull this off very well at some of the parks and could easily be replicated across Merlin.
