We all vidded various AU relationships in the show. 14 of us participated. Most of the plots of the parts are listed below (and if they're not they might be added soon! ;) )

Daphne is involved in a dark world of tracking all the people with abilities down. Peter found out something is wrong when she ends up in a hospital and ask her what is going on. She first want to stop but then tries to get Peter down too...

Noah sees Niki at a strip club and falls for her, but she is with Sylar. Noah keeps talking to Niki and follows her one night and she gives in and the have sex. Sylar, however, is watching her. He finds them and kills Noah.

Niki and Peter are in a relationship but then Peter sees Niki kissing his brother Nathan, so Peter decides to end the relationship, leaving both Peter and Niki devastated.

So Elle is in love with Peter and they have history together but after he finds out that she works with the company he just hates her and treats her like crap. She keeps trying to work it out but still he hates her :S
Part 7: Bro023 (Sylar/Claire)

Sylar and Claire were together, but after having a fight, Sylar tells Claire to get out. Claire follows him to the carnival and lures him into the House of Mirrors where she tries to convince him of the pain he has caused her. Sylar thinks about killing her, but can't go through with it. They both forgive each other.
Part 8: daniidomene (Elle/Claire/Sylar)

Elle and Claire are sisters and they have their dad killed by Sylar, a serial killer who is obsessed with their family. While Elle finds out about Bob, Sylar tries to kill Claire.. And then Elle. She suggests that the only way to stop that son of a bitch is killing him. And then the two sisters go on a trip to kill the bastard who murdered their father ;)
Part 9: chocolatelina - (Tracy, Claire, Noah, & Lauren)

Noah and Tracy are married and their have daughter- claire. tracy thought they had a great marriage until she catch noah&lauren together. And she doesnt take the betrayal of Noah very well.
Part 10: BillyMartinfan (Sylar/Emma/Peter)

well, the story is basically that Peter sees Emma and Sylar together and he knows Sylar is dangerous, so he tells Emma to stay away from him. but she doesn't really believe him and she sees Sylar again. But this time Peter comes there to stop him because he's afraid he will hurt Emma. But Peter ends up getting killed by him and Emma gets sad, 'cause she really liked Peter :)
Part 11: jacquelin825 (Matt/Niki)

Matt meets a girl named "Jessica" He takes her home and they sleep together, but when she wakes up Niki (her real self) has no idea what happened. Matt is confused and hurt. They try to make it work anyways, but "Jessica" keeps making appearances in their relationship.

It's raining and Peter goes to church and ask for help for Isaac's problems with drugs. Then they are talking and finally Peter is looking at the sky and remembering Isaac who is dead.

Niki and Mohinder are set apart from each other but eventually find each other. They seem to be in love until Niki cheats on Mohinder, then they fight about it and after discussion decide to be just friends.

After the explosion, Niki takes home Molly and acts as her mother for a little while, but when Niki dies, Molly ends up (somehow) with Ando. Then Molly is in a car accident, and Ando worriedly watches as the doctors try to save her...
