The angle is very lenient as you can see in the video.*
The roll is three frames:
-1st red of 5th flash
-2nd red of 5th flash
-1st blue after 5th flash

*Update:
The roll is only three frames with the first setup I show in the video.
For the second setup the roll is indeed frame perfect, so make sure to reset your angle if you turned.
