Four notes, two on each string, one string pair at a time. Eight repeats,
then you start those same four notes on a different one. Four ways in, and
every one of them starts on a downstroke. The notes don't change. The
string crossings do.

60 BPM, sixteenth notes. Five string pairs going up, then the loop turned
around coming back down. Two positions per round. Rounds 1 and 2 complete
the day. Rounds 3 and 4 are there if you have the time and the inclination.

Any tingling or pain means stop immediately. Shake it out, rest, and come
back another day.
