Have you tried ink blending the stencil base and adding details with alcohol markers? Check out this video to see how it is done. I used the Rock Garden Alcohol Markers, Wonderland Stamps and Stencil (current[y not available). The gold frame was created with the Simple Frame 3D Embossing folder!
