The Alta Via 2 is one of many high routes through the Dolomites, a region of the Alps in Northern Italy. After doing the rugged GR20 in 5 days, the expectation was that the Alta Via 2 would be much easier and relaxing. Day 1 started in town and ended at Rifugio Pisciadu.
