YouTube does not allow angled brackets in the description. So just replace (left angle bracket) and (right angled bracket) with the real angled brackets in the text file. Name the text file UserConfig and change the extension from .txt to .cfg

Add the line below to the Notepad text file and remember to remove the parenthesis (left angled bracket) (right angled bracket) and put the real left and right angled brackets:

(left angled bracket)?xml version="1.0" ?(right angled bracket)
(left angled bracket)Configs FullScreen="1" Display="0" Res="11" Width="1920" Height="1080" RefreshRate="60" Language="0" /(right angled bracket)
