I had posted a video sometime back of a workaround to get Sonic the Hedgehog 4 - Episode I and II to work on Windows 10 and in full screen. But it seems some people are still experiencing problems getting them to work on Windows 10. Here I show an alternate fix for Episode I. It does not work on Episode II because it has a different configuration than Episode I. Hopefully soon enough I can figure out an easier way to get Episode II working properly on Windows 10.
