This is a video detailing how to install an Alpine ILX-107 CarPlay system into a 2nd Gen Tacoma. It also shows how to wire up the camera so that it is displayed in the mirror and the head unit. The wiring is pretty self explanatory, just follow the wiring diagram provided in the instructions and connect the correct wires to the wiring harness. I would recommend soldering them together, as the provides a better connection, but that is up to you.
The camera is where it gets a little tricky, only because the camera is hard wired into the mirror. But after watching this, it'll all see like a simple thing to do.
