"Aloo bread pakora". This is comfort food at its best, consisting of bread stuffed with spicy potatoes and coated with gram flour. Deep fry the pakoras and you have a mouth-watering snack

Ingredients
8 bread slices, I have already trim the edges of the bread slices
3 medium potatoes boiled peeled and finely chopped (this will make 2 cups of chopped potatoes)
1 tablespoon oil
1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds (jeera)
1/8 teaspoon turmeric (haldi)
1/4 teaspoon mango powder (amchoor)
1 tablespoon finely chopped ginger
1 green chili finely chopped adjust to taste
2 tablespoons chopped cilantro (hara dhania)
1/2 teaspoon salt adjust to taste
For Batter
3/4 cup besan, gram flour
1/8 teaspoon asafetida (hing)
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon red pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt adjust to taste
1 teaspoon oil
About 3/4 cup of water
