Filament dryers are everywhere, and a lot of them are low effort designs with the same problems. Besides inadequate ventilation, many dryers have a poor exit angle for the filament, which is rigidly fixed in place and promotes friction and tangles.
In this video, I showcase my spherical filament port that can be fitted to almost any dryer, or maybe even another project. It’s free, open source and highly customisable.
