It's Mike's First Flip ep 5: I didn't know what I was getting myself into when it came to Framing and Drywall work, but I'm happy to report it's complete!!!

It took me way longer to complete the drywall repairs in My first income property renovation than I expect. Literally days and days of off camera work. Hiring a contractor to do drywall work is one of the more affordable trades, and they would've gotten it done fast, but at least I got to learn a lot along the way! Next episode I'm going to be spraying the walls with a new orange peel texture to blend all the old and new drywall and joint compound! Super excited, I'll see you soon!
