This is my "Old Man" simple, bare-bones workout that I've been using to help shape up - along with a diet of meat, eggs, butter, cheese and low-carb vegetables. The workout is just push-ups, curls, overhead presses and bent rows with 30-pound dumbells. Along with walking my dog, this seems to be getting the job done.
