I built something off stream for a change! This is the Alluring Aqua Abode which isn't a beach lot, but a 20x20 lot close to the beach in Sulani! It's small and cosy, suitable for a single sim or a couple. It has one bedroom, one bathroom, a nice living room with study corner, a kitchen with dining area, and a deck behind the house.

I also recorded the building process, so chances are I will edit that into a speedbuild and add it later on. :)

The house can be found on the gallery. Username is SimsNetwork, the house is called Alluring Aqua Abode.
