In a nice, medium sized border town between California and Mexico you can find Republic Services operating their fleet of Allied Waste branded Pythons and Autoreaches, as well as their one new Heil Rapid Rail. The Autoreach however never made it into this video.
Somewhere in the mid-2000's, Allied Waste purchased the dominant hauler of the region, Valley Environment Services. Ever since they've been a big player in Imperial County. Little fun fact for the cart fans out there; ever seen a picture of a Python collecting an AW stamped Roto? This is where it was from as this is the only yard where Allied Waste bought Rotos, but only for a short time following the purchase of Valley Environmental.
