After discovering a problem with a damaged thread on one of the carburettor jets in the previous episode, motorcycle engineering genius Allen Millyard returns to my garage to continue work on my 1978 Kawasaki KH250 restoration project.

In this episode Allen fixes the carburettor issue, balances the throttles and chokes, synchronises the idle settings, sorts out the troublesome throttle tube and gives the bike a thorough safety inspection before firing it up once again.

The little Kawasaki two-stroke is running better than ever, and with the first ride now tantalisingly close, we're finally starting to see light at the end of the tunnel!
