VARKA IS HERE!!! the GRAND MASTER of the knights of favonius FINALLY shows up for his duties (gearing up, protecting mondstadt and all that) BUT I think he's gonna struggle with it, good thing he prepped a group of supermutant humanoids that can do that for him and got some wizards to make them even stronger (canon lore yup)
