He's a satyriac who one day woke up with strange runes on his arm, and then a week later the planet was attacked by... something... a rogue Qu? An ancient god? Some other mysterious otherworldy force? No-one knows, but it twisted the population into violent beasts. Most died in the carnage, but there was one survivor: Rufus Rowanoke. He now spends his days foraging in the wreckage of the city he once called home, carying a radio and trying to tune in to a station in hopes of picking up a signal, a sign of other survivors.
