How to practice yourself:

Type this into the console from the menu:

game_mode 0; game_type 6; map dz_blacksite

After the map loads, freeze the warm up with this:

mp_warmup_pausetimer 1

To remove the warm-up parachute, type this:

sv_dz_parachute_reuse 0

Other useful commands:

exojump
give weapon_bumpmine
give weapon_knife
sv_infinite_ammo 1
buddha (to not die from fall damage)
sv_regeneration_force_on 1 (auto heal up)
