Fast T4 boss kills. On Julra I need to slow down before switching timelines to not get desynced, so the kill could be faster. Same gear used as in the build guide video. The build can do much higher damage with better gear, the biggest piece I'm missing here is Legendary Li'raka Claws.
The dungeon tier can be determined from the area level 100 and high % damage and health modifiers.
