Unlike Black Desert Online, where outfits stay in the cash shop permanently, AION 2 cycles premium skins in and out in batches, with occasional re-releases. Some are sold for real currency and others for Quna, which means you can pick up certain outfits without spending money by exchanging Kina for Quna. Every premium outfit unlocks account-wide on that server, but none of them contribute to your Closet collection or your stat progression. It's still unknown which premium outfits will be available at Global launch โ the sets shown on the Japanese livestream were never confirmed for it.
