This datamine that came right with the initial wave of Pokemon Legends Z-A leaks seems to very likely confirm the Pokedex in the mega dimension! Historically, when gamefreak scrubs data like this, it reveals the Pokemon returning in future updates. The new forms might NOT be mega evolutions (as the mega stones have not been datamined at this time), however I'd personally be shocked if the "mega dimension" introduced forms that are not mega evolutions.
