There are two new customers (locals) that have been added in Papa's Bakeria To Go: Kaleb (Rank 62) and Daniela (Rank 15). Daniela will arrive shortly after Kaleb orders in this gameplay video.
It's Christmas season by the time I've finally unlocked Kaleb, so we also unlock the snowflake crust and frosted wreath at this time. Very close to unlocking Papa Louie!
