Even though beer is by far the most common way Hops is used these days, I find find a fresh tincture to be the most therapeutic, though it can also be made into a tea, poultice, or dream pillow, and makes a great addition to other fermented beverages such as kombuchas and meads.
If you're looking to drink beer for its hoppy benefits, remember to go easy on it as many of the benefits become the opposite after 3 or 4. As well, it is best to look to local artisanal high hopped brew rather than a conventional large scale produced beer, if you are planing to get "All Hopped Up."
