With GTA 6 development ramping up after the release of Red Dead Redemption 2 in 2018, Rockstar Games have been quietly adding content into GTA Online that has also been spotted in the official GTA VI promotional content such as the trailers, website screenshots and short clips. I don't think these clothing and vehicle liveries are 'backported' from GTA VI. Rather, these assets seem to have been made first for GTA Online and then later reused in GTA VI, which is what they have been doing with their previous titles as well.
Most of the content shown in this video is available for your character to purchase and own, some are limited time items that are no longer available to purchase, while some are available only in certain missions.
This list has been updated after the release of A Safehouse in the Hills Update that introduced Mansions into GTA Online. The reusing of items is totally expected and nothing out of the ordinary. It helps with consistent world-building as these games are all set in the HD universe era. We shouldn't look at them as anything more than world-building and reusing of assets. No story or character consequences should be expected from this.

[UPDATE] Well, looks like Rockstar scammed us with this one. I didnt even realise at first. After reading some of the comments, I looked back at my unedited footage at the part where the transaction took place (which got trimmed in the edit on the YouTube video) and sure enough $1,995,000 was deducted from my account...
I think the issue is widespread enough where Rockstar will surely provide players with a refund...Ill keep you updated on this. Surely, do not try to purchase this car at the moment...
The Grand Theft Auto V Enhanced version for PC is finally here as a Free Update along with the Oscar Guzman Flies Again DLC. You can now migrate your GTA Online character progress from the Legacy version to the new Enhanced version. For doing this, you will receive a fully modified (including HSW Upgrade) Karin S95 Sports car. In this video, Ill show you how to claim this vehicle and store it in one of your properties/garages. You can bring this car into the LS Car Meet to modify at Haos Special Works. This will only be available for returning players from the Legacy version.
