Farthest Frontier is a survival city builder game that reminds me of the old settlers games. It was created by Crate Entertainment (the makers of Grim Dawn), and got out of early access in late 2025. This is the 3rd city I'm building in this game, and I'm trying out, for the first time, the maximum difficulty level: Vanquisher.

In the final chapter of the series we build the 3 monuments which are effectively the game's win conditions, even though they still allow us to keep playing. Then, we press the big red button that says "Taunt Raiders", and deeply regret that decision...
