OMG! This took forever to do and to render! I am happy with the way this turned out. I have never used so many movies in one video. lol Forgive the shitty quality of the Quest for Camelot clip. It's all I have. I need to get a better version.
This is my entry for Round 1 of CCK95's Disney Tournament.
The theme is Sad Friendship. So, I hope this is what you were looking for.
S T O R Y
Ariel believes her and Jim are in a perfect relationship and are now expecting their first child. One night, Ariel overhears Jim and her midwife, Cinderella, talking. It is then that she learns of their secret relationship. Cinderella grows impatient waiting on Jim to break it off with Ariel, but he finds himself stuck between a rock and a hard place, being in love with Cinderella and Ariel carrying his child. This is when she gives him the ultimatum: it's now or never. Jim agrees to stay with Cinderella and leave Ariel with the baby, claiming he didn't want to have it to begin with. Leaving Ariel heartbroken.
Ariel goes to see her best friend Belle and tells her what has happened: Jim's cheating with her midwife, claims of not wanting the baby, and Jim and Cinderella's sudden engagement. Belle tries to comfort her and let's her stay with her until she's able to get back on her feet.
A short time passes and Ariel, eventually goes into labor. During her labor she passes out. When she awakens she is confused, but wants to see her child, but only sees a upset and shaken Belle sitting in the corner of the room. Because Belle didn't have proper training and as well as there being other complications, Ariel, sadly, lost the baby.
Though she was deeply hurt by Jim, she still loved him and was still excited about motherhood.
There is an Epilogue (during the credits) where they are beginning the healing process. Ariel's losses and Belle's guilt.
