This is a tutorial (as well as explaining why stuff works) for the speedrun of beating all the dungeons and the game on N64 1.0 version (note on 1.1 later in description).
Check out the full description for time stamps + extra videos that supplement this tutorial:
This is mostly directed towards new/moderate experience players.
I use the practice rom in this tutorial which can be found here: github.com/glankk/gz
I tend to stream All Dungeons runs on twitch so if your interested check it out: twitch.tv/RoseWater

1.1 can follow this route but must get chus through ocarina dive which will be a fair bit slower due to having to get ocarina. It would probably be best to get sword and shield and do normal sword escape through the front exit youtu.be/FCNTgM0qIYI?t=11m52s and then ocarina dive for chus youtu.be/FCNTgM0qIYI?t=27m6s . After that the route would be the exact same besides getting an extra nut drop in deku tree later to make up for not buying nuts at the start. not sure how much slower this would be probably around 1-2 minutes but it's hard to say for sure

Edit:
I plan on finishing it at some point before the new year. Been doing alot of school stuff so it’s been on the backburner for a bit. If your interested i did to a run through of the whole route on stream a while a ago (part 1: twitch.tv/videos/262231399 part 2: twitch.tv/videos/264198546 ) but there are some things i will update with mainly:

1. Statue climb and low hieight ground clip BK skip instead as it is the same speed roughly and it much easier. I don’t think there is a good resource currently for it but you can check out my PB youtu.be/dC8NuvxvBSU?t=2608 to see it in a run.
Two main things to note things to note:
The jumpslash onto the platform after the sidehop is 2 frames (on the first frame you have to jumpslash 2 times to stay on. I got frame 2 in the video. Normally i buffer it so i know if I need to do the extra jumpslash)
The Slash for the low height ground clip is 4 frames but the frames can change based on how high your hover are. The frames that work for any height as far as I know are the frame before big blue, big blue, and big red.
If your hover is higher (which is normal at least for me) then first explosion frame will work as well.
If your hover is lower (which is more rare) then the 2nd frame of the black flash before the frame before the red flash before big blue will work as well (2 frame before big blue). I would not suggest using this though cause you can’t really tell if your on the 1st or 2nd frame of that black flash.

2. I would add in my setups for the wrong warps in DC and Deku along with the “normal” ones. I think my setups are easier and end up being faster due to having to buffer less. The only drawback in them is the OI window is pretty small when compared to the normal setup and it takes a bit of work to get consistent at it. ( youtube.com/watch?v=90Dzh8F16R0 and youtube.com/watch?v=JKfqhuRC7c0 )

3. Various movement things I would change and alternate setups

If you have any questions you can ask me on twitter twitter.com/RoseWaterTV or on discord Rosewater#3369 (i think you have to send a friend request or be in a mutual sever on discord to send a message or something cause discord is weird and there is no option for completely open DMs). You can also just ask in the general oot discord discord.gg/DbDnNpW
