Ok, people. This is my part for Timeless Tales Studio MEP.

Firstly I wasnt planning on uploading this video to my channel, but Oncie Punzie instisted on that and since shes the host of this MEP...
At the beginning each of editors had to pick a character and obviously, I chose my lovely Viking Lady. The first thing we had to do was...
... a Representative Character video.
It means that this video is supposed to introduce me - my character, my editing and also me as a person. I guess it makes this vid kind of special.
So, about showing my editing:
- Voice overs/*checked*
- Characters moving with the songs beat/*checked*
- Some weird effects Im not good at/*checked*
- Adding shadow wherever I can/*checked*
- Soft, bad colouring/*checked*
- Unnecessary masking/*just wait to see the intro of the full MEP*
I also wanted to show these character features I share with Astrid.
So yeah, Im never satisfied, I tease my friends a lot AND I do roll my eyes.

Back to the video.
I just had to.
After reading Chapter 12 of Thaw Slowly I was so moved that I simply couldnt pass over it. I had to make this video.
Ive never been very fond of Anna. Ive started to think a bit better of her some time ago. But water-star, you made me love her with all my heart.
Thank you for that.
The video isnt perfect, I know. But I did my best.
This time I cant get any credits for using the voice overs - all I did was putting them on the time line and making sure it fits the music. Or more like making sure the music fits the voice overs.
Theyre taken from water-stars story just as they were, in the same turn. I had to skip few... but most of them is here.
The text you can see on the video is simply the narration youll find in the story. Once again, it is put here in a correct, specific order. I had to paraphrased some of them but I hope I did it well enough.
So, yeah. This is basically the video version of the very beginning of Chapter 12 of Thaw Slowly.
Obviously, it is dedicated to the author. I hope you enjoy this.

You guys didnt expect me to simply make a sweet Valentine video, did you? Not after that Christmas preview :D
I am actually pretty much excited about this film PLUS Ive got a brother who constantly reminds me to leave all that nonsense Im working on and focus on important things - a Deadpool trailer, for example.
Im still not sure if I make a Non/Disney version of the long trailer, especially that we dont really have much scenes with Hiccup in his helmet and I really think its what we need here.
Anyway.
Even if the only pros of making this video is the possibility of seeing Hicc saying: Its time to be a... superhero (and being such a bad ass in general)...
It was worth it.
By the way, did you guys notice that I actually masked Hiccup here TWICE? And that these masks are actually DECENT?
I never knew what I was capable of :D
This thing is dedicated to my awesome and insane #rotbtd squad.
And also with the big hug for Ludo and Sara, who could see me complaining about making all that.

I am so late with that.
Ok, just so you guys know - the montage of this video was actually done the second day after the 1st official trailer was released. But since its so full of masking (and some crazy manips, like adding a lighting with sv), and I also have other obligations (drawing, writing and, occasionally, the university) it took much longer than I expected. But I did it! And its in fact my very first long crossover since the day I first tried to mask anything. And it has a plot!
Oh, and yes. MOCCA is the official name for this ship. Two fantastic editors (Pretty Snowflake and xSMCx) agreed with me on that - so you may consider it confirmed :D
PLOT: Hiccup is casually discovering new lands with Toothless. He notices a new island and decides to check it - he founds Moana, whose ship crashed on the shore a few days earlier. He tries to talk to her, but the Maui appears and becomes a bit overprotective about his little friend.
Later Moana shows the caves she found to Hiccup; suddenly, she runs away. He follows and rescue her - it appears that Moana was tired of being away from her home, and she wanted to use an opportunity. Hiccup doesnt intent to stop her, but he offers to escort her to her island instead.
They reach their target, Moana meets her family and friends. The Viking spends a few days with them, letting Moana show him her world. Eventually, he flies back on Berk, hoping to see his new friends again soon.
Now I need to thank one very special person, whos responsible for bringing this video to life at all - xSMCx. Starting from letting me know about the trailer and helping me with choosing the song, shes been an incredible supporter all the way.
