This is the second in a series of short tutorials on how to use i-cord.
In this video, I demonstrate how a slipped stitch selvedge and a knitted on i-cord are very similar. This is in conjunction with Suzanne - Off the Cuff - Topic: i-cord on my other channel - youtu.be/0a-dW33fI1I

Instructions for swatch:
CO 12 stitches, turn work.
Row 1(WS): Slip 1st st, purl until 1 st remains, slip 1 st.
Row 2 and all RS rows: Knit.
Repeat rows 1 and 2 3 more times for a total of 8 rows.
Row 9: Slip 2 sts, purl until 2 sts remain, slip last 2 sts.
Row 10: Knit.
Repeat rows 9 and 10. 3 more times for a total of 16 rows worked from cast on.
Row 17: Slip 3 sts, purl until 3 sts remain, slip last 3 sts.
Row 18: Knit.
Repeat rows 17 and 18 3 more times for a total of 24 rows.
BO and block.
