The Hairstyle can be received by Exchanging 49 "Clouddark Demimateria II"
to Uah'shepya in Solution Nine

The dais dismounting animation looks awesome.
And I am honestly considering this hairstyle for Desperia...I love it !
(Even though I still don't know how to get it)
