In this video i'm showing all 4 rifts with guides/playthroughs of them, all coordinates for each rift (also time stamped) and telling you the requirements of each what if scenario in Assassin's Creed Black Flag Resynced.
First Rift: Wayward Souls rift: Unlocks after Sequence 4, Location: Great Inagua 825,429 this rift is a what if scenario "if Edward kept his promise to Caroline"
Second Rift: Wayward Desires rift: Unlocks after Sequence 8, Location: On an island North of Nassau 604,784 "What if Blackbeard accepted the King's pardon to rule Nassau"
Third Rift: Wayward Minds rift: Unlocks after Sequence 11 Location on north west tip of the Sacrifice Island 14,559, "A What if Mary Read quitted being an Assassin?"
Fourth Rift: True Purpose rift: Unlock Treshold, After the Epilogue, Location On an Island East from Misteriosa 363,176 "What if the player decided to become a Templar instead"
