In this episode, Alexandra chats to Energy Therapist and Spiritual Channel Alison Gowdridge.
Ali says: ’My spiritual journey started as a little girl, I know a lot of people say that but I fortune enough to grow up in this beautifully open, conscious awake family situation.’
‘My mother was an amazing channel – a spiritual channel. She connected quite easily. In fact, she comes from a female lineage of channels… so it goes back a few generations. And my father was a real galactic, starseed, truth seeker and was a real mission to search out truths and research and he was probably really my true mentor. So I was brought up into this.’
During her teenage years, Ali tried to fit in and be ‘normal’, however she eventually got the call to step on to her own path of spiritual awakening, including a near death experience when she was 16. And then in the year 2000, Ali lost her father and it was in dealing with the grief of the loss if her parent, along some personal health issues, that she began to explore her own innate healing gifts.
Ali went on to study Reiki and energy healing and soon began to develop her psychic abilities. Since then she has been on a journey to integrate all her gifts and abilities into daily life. Until 2012 she says she was living a ‘double life’.
Alexandra and Alison go on to discuss the ascension and some of the intense and exciting events occurring on our planet currently. They also talk about star seeds and Ali’s take on what it means to be a lightworker or a star seed. Ali also shares some of her dad’s personal experiences of contact with galactic beings and how after his death she began her own research into the topic of star beings, extraterrestrials and galactics.
Of her connection to light guides and star beings, Ali says: ’When I first heard the term Starseed, something resonated. I feel love energy. They do literally lift me.’
On ascension, Ali says: ‘The planet is shifting and changing. The Schumann Resonance is increasing. For us to be part of that journey, we need to do the same. We’re heading for this shift, this evolution, this ascension’
‘My parents were told that we’re heading to a more harmonious, love-based planet. We’re going through a period of breakdown and chaos, but with it is this expansion and you see things differently.’
‘We won’t shed the physical bodies, but we will become much lighter and that will come in line with the planet because she is shifting.’
