This is a $50 ambient light that I bought to use on a 43-inch monitor in March of this year. However, I was so angry that the 43-inch monitor couldn't track the light properly that I threw it away in the warehouse. But I connected it to a 24-inch monitor today and it worked very well, so I'm uploading a test video.
Because it works using a sync box, it has higher accuracy and faster response than camera tracking.
