The Pentagon released on Friday what it called “new, never-before-seen” files documenting U.F.O.s. So are aliens real? In March, NASA’s administrator, Jared Isaacman, told the columnist Ross Douthat on “Interesting Times” that he’s “seen things he can’t explain” but no proof of aliens.
