Alien Romulus Sequel Cancelled? Future Uncertain - New Alien Movie Being Written
The story for the sequel was already written by Fede Alvarez.
He plannned to include David from Ridley Scott's Prometheus Story.
But Ridley refused and this caused a clash between them.
Fede then left the project and went on to do other things.
The studio was searching for a new Director but nothing yet.
Trouble continued when David Jonsson was casted as the next Black Panther, Cailee Spaeny might be considered for the role of Rogue in X-Men.
And Brian Duffield is writing another Alien movie not connected to Romulus.
The one source for the cancelled Romulus news was Daniel Richtman.
