Alida Opre is a delightful athlete, and it was a real pleasure to make this video with her. We were particularly impressed by the volume of her muscles and, therefore, the muscle quality and proportions of her physique. Often smiling, she made part of her training available to us, and we invite you to see what came out of it. This video is definitely worth watching.
