Alice Ferris, ACFRE, CFRE, MBA recognizes Jim Anderson, CFRE as the first recipient of the Alice L. Ferris ACFRE Scholarship Award. The scholarship was created by the Association of Fundraising Professionals Northern Arizona Chapter in recognition of Alice becoming the 90th ACFRE in the World. There are now 108 people worldwide to have received this prestigious accreditation. The Advanced Certified Fund Raising Executive award is basically a PHD in fundraising. The Alice L. Ferris ACFRE Scholarship is given to a "first time" applicant for the CFRE (Certified Fund Raising Executive) who successfully earns the CFRE.
