In this video we departed 30 mins late because ALC hadn't enough people to move the wheelchair users on board, and then the Captain lost his slot. The aircon seemed quite insufficient as we sat there for almost an hour - but it is 26 years old so maybe the aircon needs a re-charge Jet2. But the next days was even worse landing 2 hours late.
