On Monday 29 November ALIA hosted a second free webinar for the Online Storytime community. Reflecting the current ALIA Presidential theme of 'diversity', we brought together expert panelists to discuss creating storytimes that are as inclusive as possible in an online environment.

Andrea Hurley and Nadia Ruttley (Brisbane City Council Libraries), Marleen Westerveld (Griffith University), Kylie Carlson (Yarra Libraries) and Jo Kaeding (Adelaide Hills, University of South Australia) discussed awareness of diversity, the impact of early literacy, sensitive storytimes and practical universal design principles to support creating inclusive and accessible Online Storytimes.

The session was hosted by ALIA President Vicki Edmunds who set the theme of diversity for her presidential tenure.
