Giorgetto Giugiaro has designed countless cool cars, but the #AlfaRomeo #Alfasud #Sprint will always be special for me. Love its sharp lines, perfectly balanced proportions, and very clever packaging.
I’ve cited the wrong carburetors at 1:58 and 3:20, sorry! The correct type is Dell’Orto 36 DRLA for the 1.5 and 1.7 engines, while the Weber 32 DIR is correct for the 1.3 engines.
Sadly too few of these survive today, but this doesn't detract from its appeal. One of my favorite Alfas, that's for sure!
