I have made a shimmery rainbow background using Pearl Alcohol inks, using the challenge graphic as inspiration, and then coloured some adorable unicorns for the birthday theme. I have also added lots of shimmer, sparkle and glitz because if you can't unleash your inner over-blinger for a birthday card, when can you?
