Here is what he says. He starts out saying "Virtuoso means when an artist is able to extraordinary capacity to realise ones work." Talks about Steve Vai. Says he is a prototype of "virtuoso".
Then turns to Alex. "But this incredible mastery [of steve] is not the only one we are talking about today. The virtuoso for excellence in history was Paganini, if he [meaning if we were to name a modern version] were born today, maybe it would be Alex DePue!"
