IF the Guy in this video is Paul then I wouldn't let You manage a Bus Line (queue), let alone come into direct contact with people shopping in store. You would have done very well in the Gestapo Paul, (Are You related to Hermann Göring?) I only ask because You act like a Thug and Your Customer Service skills suck.

If like Myself You Demand excellent Customer Service from Retail Stores I have found some that treat their customers with respect. They include: Marks and Spencer, Iceland, Sainsbury's and Home Bargains.

Hey Paul, I'm a very honest OAP who is not a Chav. I guess that means I do not fit into the ALDI customer demographic. If I were You I would have handled this situation in a much better way.
I would like to thank McDonald’s for stopping people from entering ALDI so that their staff can't allow their ego to treat You like garbage. In the USA if a store treats a customer like garbage the customer boycotts the store, and probably tells all His/Her friends to do the same. That's the American way. I wish that more people in the UK followed their example.
If You do decide to shop at German Owned ALDI, don't forget to be a good little sheep and follow all of their orders. BUT please, Don't mention the war. I mentioned it once, but I think I got away with it ;-)
Mums Go To Iceland, Chavs Go To ALDI. It is My considered opinion that this ALDI store manager looks and sounds like a Chav.
Here's another unsatisfied ALDI customer. Like Myself, She is probably now an Ex ALDI customer........
