This weekend, the family headed up to the Foothills of Condoriri in Bolivia where we did some backpacking alcohol stove baking with my single can energy drink stoves.

The menu was:
1) instant potatoes with a mix of spices and jerky.
2) Quinua pasta in a white sauce with smoked beef.
3) Baked chocolate Bundt cakes

Lunch was a big hit, the views were incredible and the kids had a blast. Definitely a successful meal!
